Former Secretary Hillary Clinton handily takes the lead in this Presidential race over Democratic contender Senator Bernie Sanders, with a Nevada Caucus win of 52.6% to 47.4% with 90% of the vote counted. Donald Trump now has his GOP rivals concerned he may be unstoppable, with a run away win of 32.5 over Marco Rubio at 22.5 and Ted Cruz at 22.3 with 99% of votes counted in South Carolina Primary. Coming in at single digits, Jeb Bush decides to bow out of the race. To the victors go the spoils. With such decisive wins on Saturday February 20th, both Clinton and Trump can feel like true victors for their parties, with the spoils of this victory being candidate confidence, voter momentum, and endorsements by key community leaders. And now the switch off. The Republicans will hold their Nevada caucus on Tuesday February 23, while the Democratic South Carolina Primary will be decided Saturday, February 27, 2016. Then, on to ‘Super Tuesday’, March 1, 2016. Things are just starting to jump off. Hang on everyone, this is going to be a bumpy and exciting ride and for politics, we wouldn’t want it any other way.
