Bradley Cooper was brilliant in the movie ‘Burnt’. Whether you are a Bradley Cooper fan, a foodie or both, this movie does not disappoint. I love movies that entice your visual senses as well as the pallet. There is something so beautiful about a person who has a passion and respect for food. The act of agonizes over choosing all the right ingredients and fusing them together to make an artistic statement, then stepping back to admire the work. I did that, and that is good. No, perfect. And for that moment, you, the cook, the Chef enjoys a perfect moment made possible through food. I believed Bradley’s passion, and was able to enjoy the moments of the magic with the character. While the personal life of his character was less than perfect, the ability to create something perfect was his salvation. If you have not seen the movie, it’s worth a look.
