Just six short months ago, we braced while our President addressed yet another mass shooting in our country that took place in Charleston, SC and claimed nine innocent lives. Here he stands again. As citizens we have to wonder, what is going on and how do we stop these violent acts in our communities, in our lives, in our nation. I am heartbroken. My soul weeps for the victims and families of this senseless violence, and for our nation.
