Today September 9, 2017 is the last day to ‘Vote Early’ in the ‘Primary Elections’ for the all important local positions that most impact your day-to-day lives as citizens and as a Charlottean. The results of this primary election will determine those candidates that will compete for Charlotte Mayor, City Council, and other key seats in the November 7, 2017 Election.

Use your voice and your power, cast your vote and be a part of the process that shapes your cities, and local communities. While Presidential elections receive a lot of attention, it is the local offices that will have the most impact on your family. All votes matter, take the opportunity to vote in all elections.

The 2017 Charlotte Mayoral election is set to take place on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, with primary elections scheduled for Tuesday, September 12, 2017, and second-round primaries for Tuesday, October 10, 2017 if necessary.
