Rami Malek wins his first Emmy for Lead Actor in the drama “Mr. Robot” during Sunday night’s 2016 Emmy Awards show. In a poignantly presented speech, he acknowledges “Like so many of us, my character Elliot is profoundly alienated”. Rami ends his speech with a raised Emmy as if to share the moment, “I want to honor the Elliots, because there is a little bit of Elliot in all of us”.
