Early Voting Citizens, early voting in North Carolina has begun, and you have an opportunity to Register And Vote same day during 'Same Day Registration' period, Wednesday October 17th through Saturday November 3rd at specified early voting locations only. Polls open generally from 7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the week. When open for the weekend,  counties may offer half day options for Early Voting.
